All our products are proudly printed in the USA. Our print providers may, however, source their blank products from other countries and this may be indicated on the label of the product.
As of our official launch date, we can only ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We hope to expand to European countries later this year.
Multiple items of the exact same design may ship in the same package (and potentially give you an automated shipping discount). In most other cases, each item is shipped and packaged individually. Therefore, you may receive different parts of your order on different days. Again, we are not a large corporation, so we are not able to provide expedited shipping outside of the shipping estimate timetables found here. The shipping label may not always have our shop name on it.
Your shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters.
Our site does not provide address validation services. It is your sole responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address.
We highly discourage using PO boxes. Express delivery is not supported for PO boxes. Delivery risks and delays are larger for PO boxes than doorstep, so once order tracking confirms successful delivery, we won’t be able to offer compensation for delivery-related issues. Delivery to a PO box is only for destinations in the United States.
Not adhering to these requirements can result in the order being sent back to us or the print provider. There will be no resending of orders if this occurs.
