Each product we offer is printed specifically for you. With this in mind, we do not accept returns or handle exchanges for any reason. Refunds are only given for manufacturing errors or damaged products (see below). All gift cards are final sale. When you place an order with us, you accept this policy in full.
Report an Issue
If you received a damaged product or found a manufacturing error, we can send you a free replacement or issue a partial refund if you contact us within 20 days of product delivery. We require a clear photo showing your issue. If the issue affects multiple products, an additional photo or short video of all affected items visible in one frame is required. Minor variations in the print placement will not be considered as defects.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery, you may request a partial refund or a replacement for an extra charge.
The easiest way to report damage or errors is through a post-delivery email you should find in your email inbox. Each report will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

A product sizing issue (manufacturer’s defect) | A clear photo of the received product being measured according to the measurements provided in the catalog’s size chart. Both the print and the measurement should be clearly visible and the garment should be laid on a flat surface. |
Delivery-related product damage | A photo or video of the received product, where the package, the printed design, and the issue are clearly visible. |
Reprinted item has the same issue as the original item | A photo or video of both the original and reprinted item in the same frame where the issue is clearly visible. |
